About this event
In this National Year of Reading, Bennie Kara, teacher, leader, author and Belonging Effect Associate will discuss the importance of an inclusive reading curriculum in schools at our event on 25th June.
She will share examples of good practice, diverse texts and practical strategies to create inclusive reading cultures in our classrooms and settings.
Our Evidence Bites events bring national voices in education out to us here in East Cambs & Fenland. They are deliberately very accessible and informal and always finish by 6.30pm so you can get home at a reasonable time!
After a busy day in school, join us to recharge over some food and drink. Enjoy catching up with colleagues from previous events or meeting new faces if it's your first time. Our inspiring speakers always give us plenty of 'food for thought' and there are opportunities to ask questions and enjoy more informal discussions afterwards.
Why not bring several members of staff so you can continue discussions back at school? Use the discount code MULTI for multiple tickets.
