1. About NetworkPal

NetworkPal is a free event discovery service operated by Peppercord Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We aggregate publicly available information about business networking events in the East Midlands and make it accessible via our website and WhatsApp bot.

2. Event Information

Event listings are sourced from publicly available data and organiser submissions. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that event details (dates, times, prices, venues) are correct or up to date. Always confirm details directly with the event organiser before attending.

We are not responsible for:

  • Events being cancelled, rescheduled, or changed without our knowledge.
  • Inaccurate information provided by event organisers or third-party sources.
  • Your experience at any event listed on our platform.

3. WhatsApp Bot

Our WhatsApp bot provides event recommendations and information. By messaging our bot, you agree to:

  • Receive event information and occasional updates relevant to your interests.
  • Our storage of your phone number and conversation history to improve recommendations.

You can opt out at any time by sending "stop" to our WhatsApp number.

4. Organiser Accounts

Organisers can claim their listing and manage their profile. By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that organisation. We reserve the right to reject or revoke claims at our discretion.

5. User Submissions

If you submit an event for listing, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission.

6. Intellectual Property

The NetworkPal name, logo, and website design are owned by Peppercord Ltd. Event information is sourced from public data and organiser submissions — we do not claim ownership of event content.

7. Limitation of Liability

NetworkPal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to reliance on event information, attendance at events, or interactions with organisers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
