Lady Bay Walk & Optional Lunch

The Hook is a beautiful nature reserve made up of meadows running alongside the River Trent in Lady Bay. You’ll feel like you’re in the countryside, even though you’re just minutes from the city.

This is a flat, easy walk of around 2 miles, making it suitable for all abilities, children and well-behaved dogs.

The meeting point is the Car Park (with free parking available), just into Lady Bay off Holme Road beside Nottingham Rugby Ground. We’ll be looking out for you, so please don’t worry if you’re joining us for the first time.

After our walk around The Hook, we’ll head towards Trent Bridge to The Waterside, where you can enjoy food or just a drink. The pub has an varied menu, including burgers, pizzas, small plates and traditional Sunday roast options.
