This month we have Business Consultant & Systems Strategist Becky Stevenson joining us to speak on simplifying our businesses. This will be an interactive session to help you identify exactly what’s draining your time (and energy) and how to fix them: "I'm too small for systems and processes." I hear this a lot from brilliant coaches, consultants and experts, and I get it. When you're wearing all the hats, formal processes can feel like corporate overkill.

But here's what I've discovered after working with hundreds of business owners: the smaller your team, the MORE you need simple, effective systems. Not because you want to be corporate, but because you want your energy for the work that lights you up - not admin that drains you.

The thing is... these aren't just annoying. They're expensive and are costing you money. During this session we are going to work through a simple quiz to help you identify exactly what these time-wasters are and how to fix them. There will be time for an open Q&A when you can ask me anything about Systems, Operations and Processes.
