Speed Networking Event

Back by popular demand, we will be running our Speed Networking Event.

Our Speed Networking Event is back and improved! This year the event will last 90 minutes. It will be £5pp. This price will include unlimited tea, coffee and water throughout the event. We know how much talking takes places, so we want you to stay fresh and hydrated. They’ll be no dry mouths on our watch.

At the beginning of the event, you are welcome to grab a hot or cold drink and a seat. We will hear from our sponsors Capella Computer Solutions who will briefly introduce who they are and what they do. Then, the chaos will commence. You have 1 minute to tell the person opposite what you do. The other person can then tell you what they do. Once the 2 minutes is up you will move to the next person and the process is repeated. This is then followed by elevator pitches to the room. You get up to 30 seconds to tell everyone in the room what you do. These will include people you have had a speed networking session with and new people too.
