Summer Stroll & Lunch at the Ferry Inn

Join us for a relaxed Sunday walk along Nottingham’s Embankment, a friendly and easy-going way to spend time outdoors and meet new people.

We’ll start at 1:15pm outside Brewhouse & Kitchen, then stroll beside the Trent before stopping at The Ferry Inn, Wilford, where we have a table booked for 2pm. Their Sunday menu offers plenty of choice, including traditional roasts, pub classics, lighter dishes, and desserts.

After lunch, we’ll head back towards the city centre on the opposite side of the river, making it a pleasant circular route. Expect fresh air, good company, and hopefully some summer sunshine to round off the weekend.

This event is ideal whether you’re coming on your own or with others — everyone (including well-behaved dogs) is welcome, and we always aim to create a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere.
