Our Business Brunch is a relaxed morning of real conversations with people you'd never usually meet. No pitches. No pressure. No agenda to keep pace with. Just good chat, good company, and connections that actually lead somewhere.

Come exactly as you are - gym kit included. In fact, we'd encourage it, because once the brunch winds down we're heading straight into a game of pickleball (back by popular demand). This is about energy, wellbeing and genuine connection, not business cards and small talk.

Not a natural networker? You're in good company, and you're in safe hands. Just give Caz or Laura a quiet word and we'll introduce you around and help you settle in. This morning is built for exactly the people who find networking a bit much.

- 10:30 — Welcome: A warm, informal welcome - no awkward networking energy.
- 10:30 — Smoothie on Arrival: A free smoothie (or hot drink if you prefer!) on arrival.
- 11:00 — Natural Conversation: Natural conversation, zero set agenda.
- 11:30 — Food Ordering: Food available to order from the David Lloyd Clubroom.
- 12:00 — Pickleball: Optional pickleball afterwards for anyone who fancies it.
